The Chiro City Corridor Project is the most ambitious urban regeneration initiative in the city's history. Spanning 3.2 kilometres from the Central Market District to the New Administrative Quarter, it integrates world-class architecture with cutting-edge smart city technology.
Every element — from the fibre-optic smart lighting to the underground utility spine and AI-monitored green spaces — is designed to function as a living, breathing digital infrastructure layer for the next 50 years.
